2. Authenticity of Ritual Goods & Handcrafted Articles

Vasu's Infinity Mart specializes in traditional brass lamps, Tanjore art, camphor, incense, and herbal pooja ingredients. Due to the handcrafted nature of traditional brass casting and clay sculpting, minor variations in finish, weight, and patina are natural hallmarks of authentic craftsmanship and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

3. Pricing, Payments & Orders

All listed prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise catalog pricing in accordance with market fluctuations of raw brass, pure oils, and seasonal flowers.

• Orders are processed upon verification of inventory and payment confirmation.
• In the event of an inadvertent pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order with prompt notification to you.

4. Returns, Damaged Items & Replacements

We take extreme care in bubble-wrapping and protective packaging for fragile sacred artifacts. If you receive an item that has suffered transit damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

For reasons of ritual sanctity and hygiene, opened organic products, camphor, vermilion, oils, and fresh garlands cannot be returned once delivered.
